We now accept Visa and Master Card in addition to checks and money orders. If you want to attend our very popular Boot Camp in July in the DC area, please mail or fax (505-867-4270) your completed registration form (see brochure on web site). Be sure to provide your best contact phone number in case we have any questions. If paying by credit card, please include the following information:
- Name on card
- Type of card (only Visa or Master Card accepted)
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- Security code (3-digit number usually on back of card)
