This resource provides answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about the Winter/Spring 2010 Webinar Series hosted by DI Associates, Inc. The FAQ are divided into 3 areas:

Format

Q. How will these webinars be presented?

A. These webinars will be Microsoft PowerPoint presentations that are shared over the Internet. Audio will be available via a toll-free telephone number. Downloadable handouts will be provided in advance.

Q. Will I be able to interact with the speaker during these webinars?

A. Yes. The speaker will ask you to respond to one or more polling questions and answer your questions during allotted Q&A sessions.

Q. Will I receive registration confirmation for these webinars?

A. Yes. Once your payment is received and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided on the registration form.

Q. When will I receive login information to attend the webinar?

A. Login information will be sent to the email address you provided on the registration form one (1) day prior to the webinar(s) for which you are registered. Login information will contain a web address, a toll-free telephone number, and an access code used to join the teleconference.

Q. What technology do I need to attend these webinars?

A. You will need a computer, a web browser, an Internet connection, and a telephone.

Q. What should I do if I cannot see the webinar presentation (no video)?

A1. Locate the email that was sent to you with the webinar login information and follow the hyperlink that was provided to join the webinar.

A2. Check your internet connection.

Q. What should I do if I cannot hear the webinar presentation (no audio)?

A1. Locate the email that was sent to you with the webinar login information and dial the toll-free telephone number that was provided. Once prompted, dial the access code that was provided to join the webinar.

Q. What should I do if my question hasn't been addressed here?

A1. Refer to Citrix Online's GotoWebinar Support and FAQs.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We reserve the right to cancel any webinar(s) at our discretion.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. We do not offer any refunds at this time. However, should something keep you from attending a webinar, we will allow you to substitute another webinar for the one you miss.

Q. What is your recording policy?

A. The content of our webinars is copyrighted and may NOT be recorded without our permission.
